Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we’ve received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product description or price, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.

We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to love every Wear Basics item you order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Have all original tags attached

Special Policy for Socks

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks unless they are defective or we sent the incorrect item.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping address
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide using a trackable method

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

We process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

After processing, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping to send your new item.

All content on the Wear Basics website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wear Basics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
