However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and hassle-free as our clothing.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Socks unless they are defective or we have sent the wrong item. This is a common industry standard to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We aim to process returns as quickly as we ship our orders.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may then take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
